why have you taken the game down yet again, never known it to be down as much as it has been in the last week

It's down again indeed. I think it very annoying. Hope the wizkids solve it a bit faster this time.

Why is the game down again?? I have been playing this game for a long time & have never seen it down like this!! This is very frustrating .Please fix it thank you?? Julie Benn-Heil

When you paid for the game it is possible to ask for refund in "FB payments". I wrote this:
The game has been down several times now. So I cannot play with the items I bought. When this problem arises even more frequent I want to stop playing the game (although I like it!!). Next to this the developer does not communicate at all. That would be of help to begin with.

Where is the communication between the game and the players??  It would be nice to say something rather than nothing at all!!

Our server was down for maintenance and game was temporary unavailable. At this moment game runs in normal mode. We are sorry for inconveniences.
