I was just wondering if anyone had looked into the prospect of holding a fundraising poker tournament?

The only reason I ask is a group of hockey teams did it here and raised $21,000 and then my sons hockey team and a couple of others held one, I am unsure of the amount we raised(we find out tonight)but surely people would come out and play and support this great cause. We had 150+ players, with top 10 receiving prizes, there were silent auction items and 50/50 draws.

Maybe Anaya's mobile unit could stay with the family all painted with the cause, to get them from place to place and continue Anayas mission. surely then the initiative would grow and could do soso much more for other babies & families! I see 1000 care units with Anaya's name in rainbows all down the side!!!!
