Health insurance application attempt #2 is also not looking good. The company is requesting official medical records re: my "hormone imbalance", T, and top surgery (as well another unrelated event pre-transition). Argh!
Does anyone know of low-cost docs in the area that will prescribe T? It looks like I'll need my new prescription before I can find insurance.

Also once you get your script you can go to goodrx.com and get a coupon for T from Walgreens. It will be about 43 bucks a vial and 8 bucks for needles
Make sure you get a separate script for needles too

OK, I might be missing something...I've been on T for over 2 years, and before I moved to Columbus I was no longer under supervision of a psychologist. Do I need continued supervision from a psychologist in OH? In CT I just needed to be monitored by my endocrinologist for physical health reasons, not mental. I wasn't necessarily looking for a therapist.

Wes—thanks for that info. I had been getting my T from Strohecker's, which is a little more expensive. I have enough needles for YEARS because my last endocrinologist gave me a scrip for them in bulk
    Thanks again, all
Last word in second to last message should be "mental health professional", not therapist

Hey guys, don't need a script for needles if you buy them online & it's hella cheap, like $20 for a box of 100, just make sure you know which kind you need/like... I was tired of the pharmacy effing up my needle order every time...I got the 23g 1.5" 3 mL Luer-Lok Syringes but now I need to order new 1" ones cuz I lost weight and there's not as much fat on my ass lolz
