OFFLINE | 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
2 c chopped peaches, canned or fresh, pureed (remove skin if using fresh peaches, drain syrup thoroughly if using canned)
1 (8 ounce) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (yes, Cool Whip)
2 (6 ounce) graham cracker pie crusts
Additional peach slices or cubes
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then pureed peaches. Fold in whipped topping and pour equal portions into the crusts. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving, garnish with additional peaches upon serving. Makes 2 pies
