Digimon Masters Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I register for an account?
A: Go to http://www.joymax.com/dmo and click "Free Sign Up!". Fill in the necessary details and voila! Welcome to Joymax!

Q: I get a System Error when I try to make an account! How can I fix this?
A: Make sure that you typed in a different Username, Nickname and Password.

Q: How can I download the game?
A: Go to http://www.joymax.com/dmo and click "Free Download". Make sure that you have logged in your Joymax account and that you have agreed to the Digimon Masters User Agreement.

Q: When will Commercial Release start?
A: It has already started since Oct. 25, 2011.

Q: I keep on getting "connect(31.193.168.73:7029) failure". Help?
A: This issue has already been escalated and the team is trying their best to resolve this issue. Some Malaysian players have started using HotSpotshield.com in order to be able to play the game. This is only a temporary solution.

Q: When will Keenan and Falcomon be added?
A: Please wait for further announcements on the release of the new Tamer and partner Digimon.

Q: Will you be adding more Digimon?
A: Yes. There will be new Digimon to be released by November.

Q: Will there be new maps, quests, etc.?
A: Yes. Please wait for further announcements about when the next big update will be.

Q: What are the available mercenary eggs at the moment?
A: Mercenary eggs that can be dropped by Digimon are Elecmon, Kunemon, Gabumon, Drimogemon, Piyomon and Gotsumon. Impmon mercenary egg can only be acquired through the Cash Shop at the moment. Salamon, PawnChessmon (white) and Agumon (Wargreymon) are available through the Frigimon Halloween Event and also through the gift boxes obtained from buying Digieggs in the Cash Shop.

Q: I keep on getting a "failed to receive version info" error. How do I fix this?
A: 1) Open the folder where Digimon Masters is installed and find the file ‘LauncherLib\vGDMO.ini’ in the folder.
2) Open the file ‘LauncherLib\vGDMO.ini’ and change the version info. (ex: If version is 15 then change 12 to 14. 12 is preferably recommended)
3) Run the client and it will be patching.
4) Click 'Game Start Button' and enjoy the game

I have a question; will you guys be making an in game guide for the item usages and how to use the NPC stores? I can't seem to figure a few of them out. It would be great if you guys could create a game guide besides how to move and what the interface is.

Hi i have a particular question about expansions, how can i use them? i searched everywhere and couldnt find the answer, i really need to expand my inventory\warehouse.
