"My Top" 9 complaints against Playdom ( since 10 would turn into 100 )

I started playing this game on day one, after playing mobsters on myspace for years. While still in conception phases and under control of you plus ( before playdom ) the original godfather & offerpal media recommended me to the firm as the number one source for successively implemented intellectual property contributed via the older forums to portray me as a valued asset to them. With the start of playing mobsters 2, I as many have spent 1000's of dollars and now demand a FULL refund from playdom due to many of the following issues. 1. Playdom's violation of their own TOS in regards to the cheat software and how it is sold via comment advertisements on playdom controlled character walls. 2. Playdom's refusal to act promptly upon reported content or policy to refuse to respond to cheat related complaints. 3. Playdom's refusal to fix my broken feature ( collections ) for over 12 months when the community manager informed was in direct communication with me and still can not produce any results as feature is still broken to this day. 4. Playdom's refusal to offer a interactive customer service program for M2. A support system was embedded in the game but removed so they get less overall complaints as you are forced to register with them to submit a ticket. In addition to this topic, Playdom is guilty if special treatment of customers & cheaters who spend money large sums of money on the game and get special favors from internal playdom employees that effect game balance in the community. 5. Playdom's refusal to block / delete the cheater accounts as the cheat software creates a baseline activity level in the game that determines the increase or decrease revenue from advertisers. 6. Playdom's refusal to add a VIP gala as promised results in false advertising with bait, switch, then deny, delay ignore & go away policies. In addition to this, the logical suggestions from the community are consistently ignored resulting in the slogan "where the players rule" also as false advertising. 7. I watched a 2-3 hour training video produced by playdom's staff, where instructions by the c-level admins are to and where to address issues like the ones listed here on a consistent ongoing basis, yet is is never manifest. 8. Playdom's refusal to keep up to date with their own games on the blog, facebook profile, or website, these are quick tasks that require little overhead and manpower. 9. Lack of game maintenance when the game play is designed on second by second clock timer, limited time, and time critical based actions.
