We have one free room for a student!  
90euro/month + 30euro[bills: water, electricity, internet + telephone(we can make phone calls within European Union for  free (from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.)]

The apartment is located in the one of the famous area in this city (don’t believe in legends about Santiago). We have really nice Portuguese neighbours and without any problems we can arrange parties and meetings with our friends.

The apartment is situated really close to University - around 5-10 minutes; and around 20 minutes from The City Centre (Praca de Peixe) by foot. We live near a small shop, which is located in our block, we can find here also nice pasteleria and what’s more...we live 5 minutes from one of the biggest and the most famous supermarket in Aveiro – JUMBO  
Our apartment is really spacious. It has 4 rooms + big living room + 2 bathrooms + big kitchen + small al’a room, which is used as a laundry room or a balcony  
We have a washing machine, a big fridge, an oven, a microwave, a electric kettle, full cutlery and a necessary kitchenware.

Some information about free room for you

It is full equipped. It has a big bed (‘king size’), a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a commode. From your room extends a view of the park and the football pitch, which are located in front of our block
