Hello, Ahoj, Ciao!!!

These are the languages of our flat! And of course if you aren't English, Italian or Slovak we are pleased to add another language to our flat (and learn it).
We are Erasmus students in Aveiro. Our names are Federica, Marialaura (from Italy: greatest lunches and dinners) and Martin (from Slovakia: currently the only person who helps us consume all those lunches and dinners ). We are here since the first semester and now we are looking for somebody who will share room with Martin because his roommate finished Erasmus in January.

The flat is very nice and fully furnished. Martin lives in a big room with 2 beds, big desk, TV and couch.
The kitchen has everything you can need including washing machine and balcony.
In flat there are two bathrooms and SPECIALTY of this flat is large terace where we used organize barbecues and small parties (now this season is starting again ).
The flat is situated in the centre of Aveiro, near Forum shopping center and bicycle "Buga" rent. Very close is Praca de Peixe, it´s centrum of night life in Aveiro.
Train station is about 10 minutes walk.

The price for all this is 150€ + bills (about 25€ per month), internet include. It is nothing for such a great offer, isn´t it ?
