OFFLINE
Psalm 27:10 Although my father and my mother have forsaken me, yet the Lord will take me up (adopt me as His child).

When I first moved to Canada it was quite an experience for me.  I had a few culture shock experiences of my own.  It was a culture shock for me to see kids paying for their own school fees. It was a culture shock for me to hear parents say," I can't wait for you to move out".

As the years when by, when my family and I experienced the loss of our mother, things really went down hill from there.  Without the voice of a mother speaking into my life, and the distance of my family, I ended up on the stages of strip clubs for 15 yrs.

Today I am blessed to share with you that I met Jesus and He has set me free. There were many times I felt forsaken, there were many times, I wished my mother was there to tell me what to do, especially in times when I ended up with the wrong boys and with the wrong girlfriends.

One of the saving graces of my youthful journey, was using the building stones that my mom and dad had already instilled in me as a youth in Nigeria.

Today the young girls don't have as much growing support that they need in a home.  As the adults around them, are battling their own personal demons.

Are you a young girl and you feel lost, and you don't belong anywhere? Do you feel the people around you don't understand you? Are you having a hard time concentrating at school and at home?  If you feel this is you, it would be a blessing to hear from you.  Write to me, I will pray for you, and help encourage in as many ways as the Lord leads me to. God is no respecter of persons, what He has done for me, He will do for you.

God had stripped from me my filthy rages. Today I am older and much wiser in the Lord.
