Basically, there are three categories here.
A. Admin / Owner
B. Supermods
C. Mods
An Admin has full privileges. These include ban rights.
1. Mods have the full authority to pin / unpin any topic (clicking 'Make This Important / Unimportant'

...or delete one if required. Pinning basically means that the thread stays on top, no matter what.
2. Although the forum app doesn't given them any authority to ban users, they need not worry. If they wanna ban someone, just get in touch wid me, give me any sweet reason and I'll do the rest. Mods have full right to threaten anyone wid a ban. In fact, I want my forum mods to have that dictatorial swagger. If people are asking for trouble, you might as well give it to them. Show mercy only if you must. Too much mercy kills a good forum. Coz whacks grow where mercy does, like a hydra...and starts to spread, till everything's gone and dead. Trust me, we don't want that. Be bitches, no worries, just refrain from being unfair, coz that'll pressurise me to take away the mod rights or ban you. Pfft.
As a norm, if you have a general beef with someone, try not suggestin a ban against that person, coz that'd need a very good reason to convince me. If you wanna ban someone you have a beef with, make a thread in the control room and specify a really good reason. Consensus and reasoning will decide whether that person be banned. Final decision, will of course, be mine.
3. Mods can decide the rules and the do's and dont's for the category / sub category that they are in charge of.
4 . This point is a repeat to emphasise my point further. I want my mods to be dominating creatures, and not dominated creatures. I want them to play it bad, be tha bitches...to play it tough. Weak mods kill a forum, esp when they can't make decisions, and can't get people to toe-the-line. Just in case I've modded you and you'd be unable to do this, please make way for someone else. Thank you.
Kick-ass modding DOES NOT mean treating people unfairly or wrongly. It means, being scary enough that people know what happens when they don't take rules seriously. However, if someone is asking-for-it (wrong treatment) without you doing anything, my full support will be with you when you give it to em..no matter who that is.
5. The moderators get to decide which thread is pinned, such as rules etc. If any rules need to be added, modified, I'll contact the mods to make the required changes. Similarly, mods can check the suggestions thread for checking if they need to update anything.
6. Super-mods are basically given the complete charge of a category, including it's sub categories.
E.g.
The Super Mod for the 'Audio Battles Arena', has all control over the 3 sub-parts that go...
Audio Battles Main
Call Outs - Audio Battles
Update My Score! - (Audio)
A category can have EITHER
Mods for one or more categories...
OR
A super mod in charge of all categories.
7. If there are clashes between what rule should go where between mods or any other trouble...such clashes and disputes will go into threads made at the control room. Enough people to decide that topic's fate ova there.
Stay active. Try keepin the forum active...invite as many (proper) people as possible so that the forums are up and running, and do help (genuine and real) people out. That's what the mods are for.......! Thanks for supporting me with this elephantine task!

Pwn anyone who asks for it, by the way. xD
