Please rate seller using a 1-5 scale (5 being best)

5 Brilliant: Can't wait to work with again!
4 Good: I'll probably do business again.
3 OK: I'll think about working with again.
2 Bad: I wouldn't suggest working with.
1 Awful: Don't even think about it!

When rating please consider:
Product/service quality
Time of completion (was it completed in the quoted time/ not to include shipping)
Value for the price
Purchase experience
After purchase service

I have added everyone who had a poll on the HES group. Or at least I TRIED, I am very sorry if i missed anyone, I did no intentionally skip anyone. Also I tried to find feedback reviews from HEF or Etsy... I KNOW i missed up, there were several that Im pretty sure are on HEF but when i searched the names they did not come up, so if i did not find you I am sorry.
