Please someone tell what is happening. and will we lose our VIP status and will our fish be dead or sick when and if we get to play. |

OFFLINE | Right before the game crashed, I filled 10 auto feeders at 15 diamonds each. My feeders are still empty and I did NOT get my diamonds or my money back. Please correct this ASAP. I regularly spend real money here, but if this is not fixed soon, I will leave.

OFFLINE | Ive been playing for about a year and have never had 1 single problem until the past several days. What in the world is going on? Why can't you fix it it? Why aren't you keeping your customers informed and also throwing us a few freebies as a way of saying we understand your frustration and appreciate your sticking with us while we fix what is so obviously broken.... |
