If friends have not only accepted the invitation, but also performed any actions in the game, they should be shown in friends' list.Try uninstalling the game, clearing your browser cache and re-adding the game (nothing will happen with the aquarium). Did you try enteringthe game from a different browser? Look in the installed browser add-ons (adons or extensions) for add-ons that block ads and advertising (ad-blocker, adFlash, etc.), and turn them off. Tools -> Add-ons - in Mozilla, Settings -> Extensions - in Chrome.
Please, change your privacy settings on people you follow and who follows you.

I tried everything but it wont work, Not only I can't see my friends in the game, but they can't see me too, i've tried all browzers, cleaned cache, reinstaled the game, but I have same problem

That's the Facebook issue with friends. Doing the following helps:
Go to home page - Apps, hover mouse over aqualife 3d app, click pencil, then click edit. Change visibility setting to friends of friends. Check all privacy settings of FB page. Some settings block application from getting information about your friends.
