Wow, that's a tough one.  I really don't like Technical Ecstasy nor do I like any thing from the time periods of "Tony Iommi's Black Sabbath"

I absolutely love everything else both from Ozzy's Time with them and DIO's time with them.  I've also grown fond over the years of Born again.  If I had to choose one album that I think stands out among all of them it would be Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.

Ya, I have no favorites.  I will say though that Geezer butler is probably one of the most underrated bassist ever.  He is absolutely phenomenal and I don't think he ever really got his just due.
