I am trying to set my brother up on facebook...he did it no problem...now everytime he tries to login he has to reset password ...waits for email...clicks the link and same thing occurs....WRONG password...reset and nadda !! we tried all the suggestions in help except for a different browser...any suggestions...unfortunately he is a 3 plus hour drive from me....so this is all done via phone

I'd go with start a new account, assuming you've tried things like putting the password in caps, or just the first letter in caps or trying it with a number on the end, or changing the passowrd
