Your website says that F-1 students who want to renew visa must meet one of the criteria as follows: "You are a holder of a U.S.  nonimmigrant visa which is still valid or has expired less than 12 months ago." Tell me what "less than 12 months" means? If my visa expires 11 months 29 days at the point of renewing, is this supposed to be OK? Thanks for your feedback.
