could someone explain how I can get Evolutors?
Ways I know:
-with Premium Silk
-rarely in some Eggs (which eggs?)
-from other players

are there any other ways?

yeah, get 50 digicores (wich are obtainable through MERENARY EGG SCANNING) and exchange in at digicore shop at DATS.

you´ll get 1 evolutor for 50 digicores. (and yeah, I know it´s a pain in the ass)

BTW, you can´t get evolutors from eggs yet, not on those maps.

about how many mercenarys will I have to scan until I get 50 digicore?
Is it cheaper to sell the mercenarys and buy Digicore or Evolutors from other players?

well, it´ll take at least 80 eggs to have the 50 digicores, and no, it´s not a good idea to sell the eggs, cuze almost NOBODY will want to buy em, not to mention the arguing about a good price for it, (which for me is 15M-20M per egg, but greedy ppl screw everything). So be patient, and if neccesary, create new chars, to get more eggs on lower level digimons. Be creative!

to get evo free just fight monster card. Monster card is where you summon, defeat and collect their drops it also drop evo sometime

^Agree. Monster Cards are the quickest way to get evos. cheapest too since you can get quite a lot of cards while you are training
