OFFLINE | you have a chance of getting one with the white event box during this event. other than that you can waste a ton of money on digicores and use 50 to get 1 evo from the digicore shop |

OFFLINE | Or just wait months till boss cards come out so you can farm some evos. Sorry, your best choice would be farming at DT or buying with Silk. Don't bother with Digicores unless Evos go 500M+. (Which should happen either when the next batch of Digimon come out or when Guilmon is out) |
