The unit gives the error code Thalia.exe

The unit has the latest software.
I've allready tried with a different SD card; I've allready did a complete new software update.

I cannot do work outs, sometimes I can ride 60km's before the error appears, sometimes I've only 8 km's and the error appears.

Some info:
Fatal Application OK
Yellow triangle with ! sign
Thalia.exe
Has performed an illegal operation and will shut down if problem persists contact program vendor
Program thalia.exe
Exception 0xC0000005

You cannot do anything with unit at this point apart from reset

Any one experience this and how did you get it sorted?
