 OFFLINE | Hi,
We recently had to upgrade our maintenance office computer.
I have installed Cworks and tried setting the database source to the old .mdb file on the server but I get a Microsoft Access error stating “There was an error connecting to the database. Possible cause might be selection of an invalid cworks database. Please try again.”
The computer is running Access 2002 (same version as previous computer), the latest Cworks download, and Win7Pro.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Daniel |

 OFFLINE | Hi Daniel,
Firstly, may I know which version you installed. Is it FREE or paid? |

 OFFLINE | Hi Daniel,
just want to check whether you have received an email from CWorks support team?
