my client keep crashing while I'm online or trying to log into the game.
especially when scanning eggs and go into warps to other places.

this is the image of the error that keeps prompting:






GM and guyz i really2x need your help from this.
I'm facing this prob since I installed and started playing the game.
I really can't go smooth playing having this problem on especially now that I'm already lv40 tamer with 5/5 digi. .

please? i really need your help with this one.

i also re-downloaded the game from the site twice. .

Have you tried installing the manual patch after installing the game? Once you reinstall the game, don't open the client yet. Download the manual patch in the official website, install it, then open your client. Check if the problem still persists.

1st of all thanks alot for the reply ..
amm yes i already did that. . but unfortunately it still occur. .
any suggestions? it also occur sometimes even after i chose tamer
from log in section. . sigh.

always getting this one everytime i scan eggs. it's hard to get disconnected while scanning knowing that you have a party waiting for you to come back.

and it's kind wasting alot of time. someone help please?

Is your PC compatible? Also, when you reinstalled the game, is the DMO folder completely removed? You can try sending this problem to Support under 'System' and include your system information by typing /dxdiag on your Command Prompt and pasting the info to your report.

    just have a couple of question before proceeding to that next step.
1st:
- what do you mean on "is the DMO folder completely removed?"
the only thing that's gonna be removed after installing is the "Pack01" which i get from updating/patching the client or installing the manual patch.

2nd:
- what/where do you mean about "try sending this problem to Support under 'System'" where can i find such thing? there's no such section in this FB forum. or is it somewhere else?.


The rest, I can already handle.

and also GM, the one that really bugging is the fact that 99% of the errors comes from scanning eggs. . it usually make me DC when the scanner loading bar reach 100%

i really2x want to play smooth like others doing

i don't care if i get dc anywhere it doesnt matter for me,
all i want is to get a solution to this error crash everytime i scan eggs. .

cause it's so hard on my part to get like 5-10times or more disconnection crash while scanning just 10-20 eggs to be honest. and to think that we need to scan 100more eggs
