Editorial Internship

Editorial internships are open to college juniors and seniors and graduate students. A major in journalism or English is preferred. Interns are responsible for fact-checking, proofreading, research, and occasional writing. Candidates should exhibit strong grammar and writing skills and have previous professional experience (preferably at a newspaper/magazine). Internships are available during summer, fall, and winter/spring semesters.

Application Procedure

Please send a one-page cover letter by U.S. mail indicating your interest in Atlanta magazine and describing your prospective career goals, along with a one-page resume, two references, and copies of three published clips. Please do not e-mail clips.
