| i find it confusing to orientate me when i try to lower the volume of a sound in a drumkit:
the midi events are notes, the drumpads has names and the drumkit instrument shows numbers. it would help a lot if the drumkit shows the names and notes and the drumpads also.

| Agree. There should be a drumkit converter, too, maybe as external application. At Atari times, there was a software called "The Mapper" doing exactly this. |

| Hi guys
Sorry you are finding the drumkit a bit confusing when you first use it.
The numbers 1-12 in the top left of each drum pad correspond to the numbers in the Drum Edit dialog.
The names on the pads refer to the General MIDI note that triggers the drum and may not represent the actual sample stored on the pad.
Hope that helps.
Thanks

| I like the Drum Pad setup that your program offers. You know what would be awesome though? The ability to save different drum banks using imported samples.
That one's for free |

Hi Jeff
You can already load and save your own banks of samples.
1) Select Edit instrument from the Virtual Instrument button.
2) Press the New Preset button and enter a name for the drum kit.
3) Exit the Instrument Edit dialog.
4) Tap and hold on a blank pad to assign a sample either by recording or from storage.
Thanks
