after i turn on my emagine, keep on twinkling

the emagine logo,why? and how to fix it? i had been tried to turn on/off on the machine and the main power, i even try the numbering set up (1475369 or 159357) still can't, please help...

Dear Andrew, it could be your HDMI cable's fault. Can you try the following?

1. Unplug and replug in your HDMI cable to both your EMAGINE and your TV securely and test it again


2. Connect EMAGINE with another HDMI cable that is new/have been working on another device. If it's OK when you use another HDMI cable, it means your existing HDMI cable used with EMAGINE is faulty

3.  Connect EMAGINE with the existing cable on another TV or monitor to see whether the same thing happens. If it's OK, it means either the HDMI cable wasn't plugged in properly to your TV initially, or your TV's HDMI port is faulty

If after all the above and EMAGINE still flickers, your EMAGINE may be faulty. If you bought it within 2 weeks from Lazada, you can return to Lazada for a new unit, or drop by with the unit to our office so we can check it and fix it for you or provide you a replacement unit if necessary located here  http://www.emagine.my/support/contact-us/
