since the only way to explain this, is to do it for you could see it.
Now that there are 'forums' here, much like what was in a way, life as it was can continue almost as it did before at CBH, but "better" now in this format.
If you haven't notice I just pulled you off the wall and in to the Forums, which is something I couldn't do in the discussions format, what I just did was utilized the "wall" as a post-it with a link, you must of read it and clicked on it which would have brought you here into the forums.
If you haven't been in here up at the top is control box's the first three are URL box's for youtube, Picture inserts and links, the next is Smileys
The next are text enhancements,
BOLD,
stress,
Underline,
strike through and
HIGHLIGHT and last is Text Color.
If the forum(s) get utilized, the wall could be used as a post-it, much like I just used it to bring you here, other things that the wall can be used for is linking a new photo album that has been added, again the wall would show as basic post-it's to reflect the workings of the "page", and yes calling this a "page" and not a site is a bit to grab.
why this would be useful is because if we think of "Joe-x-Doe", who works Monday-Friday and has XX hours to surf the net on Saturdays, the wall thread can pass Joe by rather quickly, where as a call out to Joe to look at -A-thread..here in the forums wouldn't..
unlike a discussions format, a user can toss in a picture, I have found -640- wide is about the max from a url like Flickr or photo bucket, which I been DIEING to share this one!
wow man I finely got that one out of my system....
you can add several images I have found as long as there is a -space-/(enter) between the inserts.
