Found, male Beagle in Rajouri Garden, West Delhi
This beautiful male Beagle, approx, 2 years old, was brought in yesterday to a shelter with a big wound under his neck. He was found bleeding on the road in Rajouri Garden.The wound runs from ear to ear, like his throat has been slashed. Most likely he entangled himself on a wire and got hurt.
