KPCL
The Company has informed that Khanjahan Ali Power Company Ltd. (KJAPCL), a subsidiary company of Khulna Power Company Ltd. (KPCL) has signed a Term Loan Agreement with Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. on April 19, 2011 for US Dollar loan of US$ 19.50 million for the implementation of 40 MW power plant. It may be mentioned here that KPCL is holding 90% share capital of KJAPCL. The mentioned loan is payable within 56 months at an interest rate of 1 Month LIBOR+4.75% p.a.


CITYBANK
The Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance rating of The City Bank Ltd. as A1 in the long term and ST-2 in the short term based on audited financial statements of the Bank up to 31 December 2010 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.


RAKCERAMIC
The Company will be placed in "A" category from existing "N" category with effect from 24.04.2011 as the company reported disbursement of cash dividend @ 15% and stock dividend @ 10% for the year ended on December 31, 2010.

As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Company has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2010.

As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Company has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2010.


BATASHOE
The Board of Directors has recommended final cash dividend @ 105% (Tk. 10.50 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) for the year ended on December 31, 2010. Date of AGM: 23.06.2011, Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Dhamrai Factory, Dhaka. Record Date: 04.05.11. The company has also reported Net Asset Value of Tk. 1,321.06 million, EPS of Tk. 39.66 and NOCFPS of Tk. 26.44 for the year ended on December 31, 2010.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company on 24.04.11 following its corporate declaration.


NATLIFEINS
In response to a DSE query, the Company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the Company for recent unusual price hike.


NCCBANK
Mr. Pervez Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the Bank, has further reported that he has completed his sale of 1,00,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.

Mr. A.N.M. Alamgir and Mr. Din M. Rana, both are Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, have further reported that they have completed their sale/buy of 6,00,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


SALAMCRST
The Company has requested the concerned shareholders of the regions other than Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Chittagong Hill Districts regions to collect their cash divided warrants 2010 from 24.04.11 to 28.04.11 during 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM from its Liaison Office situated at Sharif Mansion (6th Floor), 56-57, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000, while the shareholders of the Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Chittagong Hill Districts regions have been requested to collect their cash dividend warrants simultaneously from the Registered Office of the company situated at S. Alam Bhaban, 2119, Asadgonj, Chittagong.
