I got a 20 diamond red heart frame for Valentines day from Matt Herl. I accepted the gift and when i dropped it into my tank it disappeared. I tried reloading and still no frame. I also lost a 8 diamond tulip and a purple seahorse, both gifts. I'd really appreciate the gifts replaced.

As you can see, you accepted it as a gift on 13 February, then sold it. Then you sent it as a gift to your friend on 16 February.

hi I got a gift from Sandra baleno, it was for one hundred and something thousand coins, I spent almost all of that redecorating my tank, when I finished, the game froze, wen I reloaded my tank, it was set up the way it was before I got the coins. all decorations and everything I baught was gone and so were the coins.
