 OFFLINE | hello,
its great that you added the ability to have more than 1 forum but im having trouble with it.
i have set 3 forums in my admin ( http://apps.facebook.com/fbulletin/admin/ )
but when i go to my facebook page and click the forum tab it still only show 1 forum, the first 1 i created.
if i then click forum directory and polish (because i created 1 in polish) my polish forum is not there either ???
i noticed that each forum has its own id and i could create an app for each which would put a tab for each of my forum in my navigation but..
is there another way ? is there a "add forum to page" link for each of my forums or could there be a main forum with a drop down list of my other forums?
thanks
rick
keep up the good work |

You are correct, you can add only one forum to your page.
However, you can add all of them using a tab application. So, it will be better and more useful.
Here is a tab app we use at: http://www.facebook.com/forum5
You can use it to add a tab containing all of your forums http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=190322544333196 |

 OFFLINE | Hello,
i have tried setting it up but there is one more issue that i would like to solve.
i have set my test forums up at:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/European-Bartender-School/210743702279221?sk=app_190322544333196
in the left nav you will see 3. 1 englih, 1 sweden and 1 finland.
if you click the enlish 1 it displays fine
but if you click on any of the other 2 it doesn't display in my fan page. it gets re-directed to else where.
this is the code i put in my iframe - using the app you mentioned
(http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=190322544333196)
http-equiv='Refresh'
content='0; url=http://apps.facebook.com/facebook_forums/danish' |

 OFFLINE | "http-equiv='Refresh' content='0; url=http://apps.facebook.com/facebook_forums/danish'"
This code should not work.
You could copy and paste html codes of static home pages of your forums to your tabs.

OFFLINE | As you mentioned, there were problems regarding multiple forum tabs.
We added a feature. You can add your second and third forums easily to your page as a tab.
You dont need to use a tab app anymore. Forum is enough.
Second forum tab: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=202138789830825
Third forum tab: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=221526711205916
Steps are the same. First click "add to my page" below and follow the instruction.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards, |
