What about one fish type, that we can "design" ourselves.  I mean, something like a Beta.
Not design the Beta ourselves like change the feature set or give it tentacles or anything.
But they exist in SO many colors and flushes and hues and saturations and shadings, etc.
A Beta would be a great "do your own" because while the fish remains pretty much the same, it does have almost infinite design/coloring possibilities.
