My event coins were deleted during the maintenance last week, and no one has contacted me or responded to me after my numerous attempts to connect with customer service. I spent a lot of time to earn those coins in order to purchase a BM item. Please help me.

I don't think they will give them back. We aren't actually "purchasing" anything using the First Anniversary Coins, we are trading them for some free stuff. Just think about it as a lottery or something, you cant win all the time. I did that, and it made my disappointment go away~




I too have lost quite a few coins and now I am just trying to collect these beaches hoping to get a BM item, for fwee.
