hi I got a gift from Sandra baleno, it was for one hundred and something thousand coins, I spent almost all of that redecorating my tank, when I finished, the game froze, wen I reloaded my tank, it was set up the way it was before I got the coins. all decorations and everything I baught was gone and so were the coins.

If something you bought (the coins were charged) didn't appear in your tank, it can be only because its texture wasn't loaded. Please, clear browser cache using the instructions from the Help section under the game.

the items did appear when I purchased them, they were in the tank for about 20 mins while I was decorating, then the fish stopped moving and I could not click on anything so I refreshed my browser and everything I baught was gone.

Which decorations have you bought? We could check some which cost diamonds or 100,000 coins and up.

I baught multiple items, I redid my whole tank, then when it refreshed it was set up the way it was before I redid it and the coins were the same amount I had before I got the gift, it was as if I never received the gift, or redid the tank,everything I baught and placed in my tank was gone, like it never happened, but it did indeed happen,i was so excited to get over a hundred thousand coins, and when I refreshed the game its like I never got them. the gift was givin to me by Sandra baleno if that will help with anything, thanks.

I can only advice you to clear your browser cache - it will help in case the bought items' textures just didn't load. In the case there was a rollback due to the fact the game couldn't save or something, the coins would return to your account, it cannot be different.

the coins did not return, it does sound like the game did not save but I did not get my coins back or my items I purchased, I would appreciate my coins back, or at least somewhat close to what I lost. thanks.

Hi, a Flower Bush disappeared from my tank #4 15 minutes ago. This one was not a gift, it was purchased a couple of days ago as a part of Florist task and was in the same tank since then. I was doing a reorganization of decorations in my tank #4, was moving this Flower Bush when a window pop-ups from my operation system. The Bush disappeared!! I did all your suggestions I have read above: cleared cache, rebooted the computer, tried a different browser where I have never played this game - nothing helps!! The Florist task showed as completed, but one part of it disappeared. Please, help me. This Bush was in tank #4  between a Dandelion and a Common Sweet Flag. Thanks in advance.

I have found it! It was minimized and placed under a coin counter in the upper left corner. Only a very small part of it was on the screen, most part was above the screen area. It was hard to notice it!
