Thank you for making me waste a week's time on my exp package I had bought and equipped intending to use during the 300% exp event. I hope you continue to screw up my gaming experience and waste the money I work hard for. Please carry on. Thank you and have a nice day.

P.S. Smart move making the exp event only two hours. Good job guys. Really did troll me there. I want to return the stuff I bought and get back my dang silk refund. How does one go about this?

That is entirely your fault, buy it when the event is on, not when you think it will be on.

Lol. Be a major game company and promise an event and you don't keep your word? Oh and I forgot to mention in my previous post that if I knew the damn event would be only be a total of 8 hours over 4 days then I wouldn't have bought any silk to begin with. Last I checked, that's misinformation. Where in the initial event announcement did they say it would only be 2 hours? Seriously what the hell is that?

They Don't Give Refunds..Says It On The Site And If You Bought The Items And Used Them Then You Got What You Paid For..Even If They Did Not Run The Events or Changed Them. They Still Won't Give You A Refund On What You Bought And Used >.> Sorry

So you, in your genius, decided that you would put your trust into Joymax? The ones who haven't released a worthwhile update yet? Or who frequently have the worst glitches and errors in their game?

They might be the fail company here, but you're an even more fail consumer.

Oh hey look at this. Another dumb brat who doesn't consider the possibility that I don't mind the company's slow release of content. I for one, have yet to encounter any glitch so yeah, I'm totally a fail consumer with a fail computer that seems to fail at encountering such glitches. I've been enjoying the game up to this point unlike all the crying babies who immigrated from kdmo and couldn't stand it in their own language.
