What is Brytons policy regarding dead pixels I am not happy that on a device with so few it should have any at all.

Hi Mark,

Sorry for the problem.

Here is the policy for dead pixels:

1. If the spot which is small than one pixel (0.25 * 0.25 mm) or two spots with distance longer than 5mm, then it's under acceptable range.

2. If more than 2 spots, please return the device to where you purchased for replacement.
