The game will probably have a bartering system to get by between citizens or basic level characters. As in you may give clothes or armor to a friend for some more ammunition etc. However there will probably be a government funded currency which the player could have access to. This would allow you to purchase weapons, armor, or vehicles from a black market dealer, hire a merc, or bribe some official. Another method would be a favor system. ie you do this for me and ill do this for you/give this to you. Any and/or all of these systems could be represented in this game.
