I am using a classic 5D and I bought a 35mm lens. The images fall outside of the backdrop area. Is that supposed to be the case? I don't want to have to crop every image in lightroom

I read through the owner's section again and didn't find anything discussing cropping, so maybe I've got something wrong.
Thanks.

Hi Tracie.  Still getting used to this new forum.  Sorry it took a while to respond!

With a full frame 35mm, the backdrop should fill the frame and come very close to the edges.  With a little bit of adjustment on the monopod mount, you should be able to fit the frame in perfectly.  That being said, we have been experimenting with a universal crop across the board since it is a very close fit.  I wouldn't recommend cropping each photo one-by-one, but rather apply it universally.  How far off the frame are yours coming?
