Creation of High School Jologs FB Group

1.0 General Objective:

This informal group in Facebook was created as a new entity as "High School Jologs Section 88" wherein graduate or non-graduate batchmates can meet, communicates, interact, and share HUMORS in a manner that no one will be KILLJOY and helps whenever any batchmate who belonged in this group needs a support.



2.0 Specific Objectives:

The specific objectives of this newly created group are the

Following:


● To elect / appoint / designate leaders / officers to organize

the group which includes committees to help the leaders


● To continue the success of PMHS Batch 88 FB Edition and

and design / define applicable projects


● To formulate “High School Jologs Handbook” wherein policies,

rules, procedures, benefits etc. are clearly define (i.e. policy

in handling and despatching group funds, and solicitation of

funds)


● To participate in outreach program / charity works outside of

the group


● And most of all, to look first for the welfare of group members


3.0 Significance of the Creation of Group

The High School Jologs group primarily focuses on the Member’s welfare, transparency, camaraderie, unity, charity works, etc. By designing appropriate directions, executing and implementing plan of actions, control and monitoring, and by providing substantial support needed thru funds contributed by each member, we can easily handle organizing events for gatherings and help members who will need financial support in times of unavoidable situations.


4.0 Scope and Limitations of this Group

This created group is intended for the members currently involved and other batchmates interested to be part of the High School Jologs Group. This project will formally starts on August 1, 2011 and will continue as desired by the group members.



5.0 Schedule of Activities


● Aug. 2011 – Creation of group, joining of members;

Generate house rules.

● Sep. 2011 – Election of Officers

● Oct. 2011 –Inauguration of Officers/GT1

                      Generate policy on handling / soliciting funds


● Nov. 2011 – Contribution of funds

● Dec. 2011 – Christmas Party (GT2)

● Jan. 2012 – Internet etiquettes information awareness

● Feb. 2012 – Outreach Program

● Mar. 2012 – Generate Policy (to be determined)

● Apr. 2012 –Summer Outing (GT3)

● May 2012 –Generate Policy (to be determined)

● Jun 2012 –Performance review of the whole group

● Jul 2012 –Planning for Election of New Officers
