Step 1)
open the the category that corresponds to the topic you want to post.
For example, if you want to post a fishing report about a fishing trip you took on lake conroe. you would need to open the lake conroe category.

Step 2)
Click the "New topic" button
pressing this button this should open a new page.

Step 3)
enter a title in the title box
i have been told that the title box is not always close to the word "title".. i dont know why this is on some computers but it may have something to do with the different browser types people use.. i can sy that i dont have this problem with google chrome.
so you may need to look futher to the right to find the box to type your title in.

Step 4)
enter your report in the large white box under the text editor control bar

Step 5)
Click the "submit My topic" button
