CREATE FORUM MENU( tab) in  your Facebook  under APPS  for easier access.

Log out all facebooks accounts, if you have multi-accounts.


Copy this text & paste into Ms Word. Run the steps/click the links from Word.

STEP  1 Enter your Facebook (where you want Forum to appear), CLICK HOME  (top right hand corner). You see  menu on the left side. Keep your FB open.

STEP 2  CLICK THIS HERE  https://www.facebook.com/CreateaForum

STEP 3  Facebook Forum screen appears
Scroll down to CLICK THIS  (on the left side) on  the screen. Dont clickhere.

You may be asked to enter your facebook email & Password

STEP 4
Blue square Forum Icon & your FB cover  icon picture appear side by side with the following wordings
Forum will receive the following info: your public profile and friend list.
CLICK OKAY  
This creates the Forum menu under APPS, together with Games, Phtos, Mucis etc

STEP 5  The next screen may  say
You dont have a forum.  Click here to create forum.    
DONT  CLICK  to create.   Go to Home in your FB (top right hand corner)


The word Forum will appear under APPS together with Games, Photos, Music , etc.
You can now CLICK FORUM  to get into Health Forum from your FB at any time.

Or/and alternatively,
you can make this link as your “Favourite or “Bookmark in your Search Engine.  Copy this to your address bar,
