Level of Difficulty - Easy
2 ¼ cup AP Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Table Salt
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
1 egg
½ bottle (2.5 oz) Tiger Blood Red Chile Sauce
12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Dough Procedure
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and set aside
2. Mix the second 3 ingredients in another bowl until smooth
3. Add the egg and Tiger Blood Chile Sauce to the butter /sugar mixture and mix until smooth
4. Add the flour mixture a little at a time until all is incorporated
5. Mix in the chocolate chips
6. Refrigerate until hard (2 hours)
Baking Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 375
2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet
3. Place 2 oz balls of dough onto the cookie sheet
4. Bake 9 – 10 minutes
5. Cool
The bake time will vary depending on your oven & calibration. The cookies will be moist and chewy without falling apart for several days.
