 OFFLINE | My buddy and i went looking for a few crappie under the 1097 bridge. We found a few but they didnt seam to be stacked up like we had hoped. We found them between 15 and 20 feet down in 20 and 25 foot of water. We caught ours on minnows. hopefully we will do better next time..

OFFLINE | Thanks for the report. I went Sunday, 1/20/13, same place and caught 1 crappie. Two dink channel cats found their way to my boat also. I did catch 3 times as many fish as anybody else that I saw on the lake that day. lol. I gave the 1 crappie filleted to Ray's wife, she likes crappie and it would make her a good snack. |
