 OFFLINE | This time not only cheaters were removed from the contest, but also all the works participating unchanged in the contest during the last several weeks. Please, redecorate your tanks at least sometimes. It is not acceptible, that the same works keep getting the prize places week after week. Probably, the Contest Rules will be changed due to this fact. |

OFFLINE | I do not cheat. I only have one account. I've only voted on a couple of other tanks i liked. The last tank entered was entirely new. My tank was there this morning. So why the hell was it removed??? |

OFFLINE | The contest is an outrage - makes me think the game itself should go! Every Sunday this happens but there there are still no rules. Tanks are removed on a whim and vote totals are changed. Lots of suggestions have been made to make it more fair, but all we get is the same un-fairness every week. |

Some tanks were excluded from the contest last week manually. The cheated votes were subtracted automatically.
Please, refer to the Rules under the game: "Please, take notice of the fact that any exposed tank can be excluded from the contest without any explanation. The entrance fee in this case gets returned to the tank owner." |

Hello Gladys. Your tank got too many votes from fake accounts. As a result such votes were subtracted automatically and your tank didn't get prize.

OFFLINE | Another question .... How is it possible that my tanks are so pretty and no one can see them to vote, and as ugly and empty tanks have double or triple the score that my tanks. My neighbors can not find my tanks.
If this is a game and you are talking about cheats inside game. No understand. To me this is a game, not a cheat to keep diamonds. I spend hundreds of dollars, months, days, hours in this game and receive abuse from you.
Not even answer my question on the forum.
Therefore, I have decided not to participate more, or spend more euros in buying diamonds or recommend your products.
Otra pregunta .... ¿Cómo es posible que mis tanques son tan bonitos y nadie puede verlos a votar, y los tanques tan feos y vacíos tienen el doble o el triple de la puntuación que mis tanques. Mis vecinos no pueden encontrar mis tanques.
Si esto es un juego y estamos hablando de trucos dentro del juego. No entiendo. Para mí esto es un juego, no una trampa para mantener los diamantes. Me paso cientos de dólares, meses, días, horas en este juego y recibo el abuso de su parte. Ni siquiera contesta mi pregunta del foro.
Por lo tanto, he decidido no participar más, ni gastar más euros en la compra de diamantes, ni recomendar sus productos. |

We are trying to make a contest as fair as possible. For that reason all participants of the contest can't see other players before they vote for the tank and we rotate top 100 tanks in the list every hour. Unfortunately there are people who don't go for the beautiful tanks but for the prizes. We do our best. Thank you.

OFFLINE | Ah I see...... only the top 100 tanks are rotated every hour.....
So if my tank is 99 or 89 it will not get rotated and then will remain unseen....
So THAT is why tanks are unseen, do not receive votes, don't get close to the top 100 or have no chance to win....
Because if 100 tanks reach the rotating stage before my tank get 100 votes, I don't have a fair chance of getting more votes or be seen....
No wonder people are leaving the game... |

You misunderstood previous message. When you choose to see participants at the contest there is a list which contains 100 tanks. The list of contest works cannot show all tanks at once. The list contains 100 tanks.Than doesn't mean that there are only 100 tanks. This list rotates all the tanks of the current week at least once ah hour.
