OFFLINE | 1. Download HotSpot Shield from : http://hotspotshield.com/
It's free, so no need to pay for anything.
2. Install HotSpot Shield. Sometimes you can't log into the game if
it's on, so disconnect from Hotspot Shield and exit it if you are
launching and trying to log in.
3. After log in, before selecting server, minimize game and run
Hotspot Shield. Wait for connect notification, give it a couple
of seconds, and then select your server.
4. If the above is not working then the server is probably full,
under maintenance, or you probably don't have any game time left.
