So 99.99% of Malaysians are having the connect IP Failure problem . download, install, and run hotspot shield. http://hotspotshield.com/ . this will most of the time solve the ip failure case, though u will have a negative side-effect (lower internet speed).


P.S : to those who are not malaysian but still having this problem, u can try this too.

I can confirm the safety of Hotspot too. I can't visit some forums and some admins recommended it to me and it works great! Though make sure you turn it off before you stop using your PC.

People living in South America has reported this too, at least some of my friends have. Sometimes it allows them through with their IP if they give admin powers to the folder.
