Answer: B to B means Business to Business.  E-liance offers telecom solutions to Businesses, Residential and Mobile Users.  You can visit our website at www.e-liancetelecom.com.  Our website covers all of our current offerings including Residential plans, Business plans, Mobile Plans, and products.
