Sorry for the late response, it didn't notify me of the post and I have been busy lately. The only place I know that gives overage on coupons is Walmart. It states specifically in their coupon policy that they will give overage back as credit to the transaction or as cash (whichever you prefer). The biggest way to save money is to shop store deals. Wait until the price is rock bottom or close to it and use a manufacturer coupon and a store coupon for bigger savings. Also, try to use $ off the whole transaction coupons too to lessen your out of pocket cost. When shopping at drug stores you can roll your rewards (store dollars) from transaction to transaction to lessen your out of pocket costs. Also, buy multiple newspapers so that way you have enough coupons to buy a small stockpile when it's on sale so you don't have to buy it at full price. Just make sure your don't clear the shelves as there are others out there that are strapped for cash and would like to stock up a little too. Hope this helps!
