Owner don't get any XP for feeding fish in own tanks. If you clean players' tanks you get 50 XP and owner 20 XP. But it is good for owner if their tanks are clean, then fish grow faster. Every fish has different feeding time, some  needs 10 min, some 48 hours so it is difficult to answer the question properly. Every player chooses convenient time to play the game.
