So what is claim protection?
It means that when you first join the server and run around you aim to getting your first chest. Once you get this chest you can place it down but plan where you will put it! Once it goes down it will create your very first claim which is 10x10 blocks, 100 blocks is given to you at the start. This means in that area no one can grief you. They can't even use switches, buttons, kill animals, destroy crops, use lava and so on. Over time you will get more blocks but idling will not get you anything. You must be moving around and doing stuff for it to give you more blocks.
So how do you make your claim bigger?
Easy you just need to get a golden shovel. When you play the golden shovel in your hand it will tell you how many blocks you have. You can always abandon claims if you need extra blocks or want to move. But if you do that your chests/blocks can be griefed! You will also need a stick to show you which blocks on the ground are claimed. Right click, with the stick in your hand to check is a block is claimed. If you do it will create fake gold and glow stone blocks at the corners. Now using your golden shovel click on the glowstone block and then click somewhere further away. This will make the claim larger. They show up as yellow squares and if you click on the map it will show the name.
Command list
There are a list of commands below with a description below them. Some commands have abbreviation which means instead of typing "/trust" you can just type "/t".
/Trapped
This command will teleport a player outside of a claim if they get stuck inside.
/AbandonClaim
Deletes the claim you're standing in.
/ClaimExplosions
Toggles if explosions are allowed in the claim.
/Trust (name of player)
Example: /trust Thraxan
Gives another player permission to edit in your claim.
/t
/UnTrust (name of player)
Revokes any permissions granted to a player in your claim.
/ut
/AccessTrust (name of player)
Gives a player permission to use your buttons, levers, and beds.
/at
/ContainerTrust (name of player)
Gives a player permission to use your buttons, levers, beds, crafting gear, containers, and animals.
/ct
/TrustList
Lists the permissions for the claim you're standing in.
/SubdivideClaims
Switches your shovel to subdivision mode, so you can subdivide your claims.
/sc
/BasicClaims
Puts your shovel back in basic claims mode.
/bc
/PermissionTrust
Grants a player permission to share his permission level with others.
/pt
/Untrust All
Removes all permissions for all players in your claim.
/AbandonAllClaims
Deletes all of your claims.
/BuyClaimBlocks
Converts server money to claim blocks.
