I thoroughly mixed 2oz of red dried crushed chili's with 16oz of chocolate chip cookie dough. Roughly spooned them out onto a cookie sheet, flattened them a bit, then sprinkled them with a dash of sea salt. Baked at 350 for 14 minutes. OMG. I normally don't eat sweets, but the spice added a tang, and the salt offsets the sweetness. I ate half the batch before they even cooled. Go to the home wall to see a pic. |
