I make a killer cheese sauce my family loves!

for one cup:
2TBS Butter
2TBS flour
1cup milk
melt butter and add flour, slowly add milk and thicken, add cheese here I use American slices 3-4 add chopped green chiles I use fresh roasted NM chilie so..just heat til chilies are warmed and enjoy!!! Use with chips, flautas, taquitos anything.
